1.2. The website owner and service provider is:

1.3. Using the website, making a booking, or purchasing a training course constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Salon Services (Treatments) and Booking Deposits
2.1. The website allows users to view the price list and book appointments for beauty and medical aesthetic treatments.
2.2. In order to secure a booking for a chosen treatment, the Salon requires a deposit payment, the amount of which is specified during the booking process.
2.3. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: Any deposit paid for a treatment at the salon is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. If the client fails to attend the appointment or cancels it, the deposit is forfeited to the Salon as compensation for reserving staff time and resources.
2.4. Rescheduling an appointment without losing the deposit is only permitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled treatment time, subject to availability. Changes must be made by phone or in person.
3. Training and Courses (Academy)
3.1. Diamond Salon & Academy provides certified training and courses in the field of beauty and aesthetic medicine.
3.2. To secure a place on a chosen training course, the participant must complete the registration form and pay either the full course fee or a non-refundable booking fee/deposit via the payment methods available on the website.
3.3. Training Non-Refundable Policy: All deposits, booking fees, and full payments made for booked training courses are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking a course guarantees the reservation of a student place, the preparation of dedicated materials, and the commitment of a licensed educator. Therefore, cancellation by the participant does not entitle them to a refund of any funds paid.
3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of a training course due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., educator illness, unforeseen events). In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date. If the participant cannot accept the new date due to reasons on the Organizer’s side, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
4. Rights and Responsibilities of the Client
4.1. The Client is obliged to provide accurate personal and contact information when booking appointments or purchasing training courses.
4.2. For aesthetic treatments, the client is required to fill out the consultation form truthfully, including disclosing all health contraindications, allergies, and current medications. The Salon is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health information.
