Russian volume lashes

Russian Volume Training is designed for lash artists who want to master advanced volume techniques and elevate their skills to a higher professional level. This course focuses on precision, control and creating beautifully structured, lightweight volume sets.

The training includes a detailed theoretical session combined with hands-on practice on a live model. During the theory part we cover advanced lash anatomy, safe fan creation techniques (handmade fans), correct weight calculations, lash mapping for volume sets, styling for different eye shapes, retention strategies and how to achieve density without damaging the natural lashes. We also thoroughly discuss Health & Safety regulations, hygiene standards and insurance requirements so you understand how to work safely, responsibly and in line with industry standards.

The course is delivered 1:1 or in a maximum group of two students, allowing me to focus fully on each student. This personalised format enables me to carefully observe your technique, correct mistakes immediately, refine your fan-making skills and help you improve speed, symmetry and overall finish.

The training takes place in a friendly, relaxed and supportive atmosphere so you can learn without stress and build your confidence step by step. Throughout the day students are provided with snacks as well as hot and cold drinks to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

After completing the training your journey does not end. You can continue to rely on my ongoing support and guidance whenever you need advice, feedback or help with your work. I am always here to support you as you grow your skills and your lash business.

I understand that many of our students work full-time which is why weekend training dates are also available.
